Once you’ve booked we’ll schedule a target build week and work backwards from there to schedule your three calls at a time that suits you.
We discuss strategy, objectives and basic housekeeping items like existing domains, integrations, and legal pages
A one-hour recorded call where I’ll inquire about your ideal client, brand attributes, the qualities you want clients and customers to associate with your business, and examples of websites (from any industry) that have captured your attention.
A 60-90 minute, recorded call. I’ll lead you through a series of questions designed to capture your voice and gather key information for your site. Inputs may include existing website text or business collateral, client communications (ex. testimonials)
Monday: You will receive a walkthrough of your fully designed home page and a key sub-page. Feedback can be provided until mid-day Tuesday.
Wednesday: A channel will be open for reviewing the complete website, allowing for visual or text revisions on this day.
Thursday: Launch day! You may need to be more available on this day with your credit card and passwords ready. We’ll handle tasks such as domain connection, setting up legal pages and policies, and managing your WordPress Squarespace accounts. I’ll guide you through each step, and then we’ll launch!
Friday: I am available for training on your new site. Additionally, I will compile your custom video tutorial library and create your new brand assets.”
You will receive 30 days of email support. I will respond to emails within one business day during business hours. I’ll assist in troubleshooting any issues and offer personalized tutorials for basic tasks you wish to handle independently.

If you are located on the US East Coast, in Europe, Africa, or the Middle East, we’re all set. While I do work with clients from the US West Coast (my hometown!), we may need to adjust our usual hours due to the time difference. We can discuss this further to determine what works best for both of us.
I will ensure the implementation of basic SEO settings, including the site title, description, and browser icons. Additionally, I’ll conduct preliminary keyword research to incorporate into your website copy. However, it’s important to note that SEO is a distinct, long-term marketing effort that should be initiated after the site is launched.
No. To reserve your day you’ll pay 70% up front and 30% after the project is complete.
Indeed, the launch week is organized in a way that, in the rare event of misalignments or misunderstandings, there is ample time for adjustments and corrections.
This shouldn’t happen, , if desired, you can choose to schedule additional days or half-days to complete any remaining tasks that couldn’t be finished within the initial week.
